These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TingMe (the “Service”). By using TingMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Parties & Scope

“TingMe” or “Provider” means the service operator. “You” or “User” means anyone using the Service.

2. Services Provided

TingMe provides an AI-assisted chat and export service that lets you interact with an AI assistant, save or export conversations, and access related features. Currently, TingMe is offered under a free plan.

3. Accounts & Security

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use TingMe for unlawful purposes or to violate others’ rights.

  • Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringing.

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise TingMe’s systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. User Content & Rights

You keep ownership of content you provide (“User Content”). By using TingMe, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content so the Service works as intended (including exports and backups).

We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve TingMe.

6. AI Outputs & Responsibility

AI-generated outputs are provided for convenience only. TingMe does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability. You must verify any outputs before relying on them.
